1. Eligibility

Participation is limited to active, paid SecureSplit® subscribers in good standing. Your subscription must remain active at the time any referral reward is issued. SecureSplit® reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. How It Works

Each eligible subscriber receives a unique discount code assigned by the SecureSplit® team. When a new firm signs up using your code at checkout and completes their first full paid calendar month, you earn one month of free subscription credit.

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

4. Referral Reward

The reward is one month of free service credit applied to your SecureSplit® account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for refunds or applied to past billing periods.

5. Credit Timing

Rewards are applied within 10 business days of the referred firm's first successful payment clearing.

6. Referred Firm Pricing

Referred firms are not entitled to any additional discount solely by virtue of being referred. Standard SecureSplit® pricing applies at signup. Referred firms remain eligible for any promotional pricing, annual plan discounts, or other offers made available to new subscribers generally at the time of their signup.

7. Disqualifications

The following will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending reward:

SecureSplit® reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards where fraud or abuse is suspected, at its sole discretion.

8. Brand and Conduct Standards

When sharing your discount code or promoting SecureSplit® in any public or professional context -- including social media, email, websites, or professional networks -- you agree to the following:

SecureSplit® is a platform serving legal and financial professionals. Participants are expected to maintain conduct consistent with those professional standards in any context where their SecureSplit® affiliation is visible or implied.

9. No Cap

There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals you may make. Each qualifying referral earns one additional month of free credit.

10. Program Modifications

SecureSplit® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Active subscribers will receive 30 days written notice of material changes. Earned credits already applied to your account are not affected by program changes.

11. Termination

If your SecureSplit® subscription is cancelled or terminated for any reason, unused referral credits are forfeited and have no cash value.

12. Governing Terms

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and SecureSplit®'s general Terms of Service, available at securesplit.com. In the event of any conflict, these terms control with respect to the referral program.
